* Product prices do not include charges for shipping, handling and applicable taxes occurred in its port of destination. Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on our invoice.

* Your order which is contained magnetic products and requested to be delivered by air, will be packed by metal case for the magnetic inspection by a authentic institute. All the expenses occurred will be covered by the buyer and will be showed on the invoice.

* VIRGINLAND now has acquired the production capability of 80,000 pieces of hard tags per day. We will be very happy to delivery of your order in 10-15 days for less than a container' s loading, and 20-25 days for a full container' s loading.
* VIRGINLAND announced standard lead time might possibly be extended, due to some non-standard specification in order. Please feel free to make an inquiry for the earliest availability.

  We accept 100% T/T payment in advance and Irrevocable L/C At Sight.

• Regarding Source Tagging
  For sew in tag source tagging programme, all of our selling prices, delivery condition and the terms of payment are settled by the agreement with our retailer end user. Please do not renegotiate with us. We will do as per the agreement and do our best to provide good service with you.

  VIRGINLAND Warranty Information

RF Antenna/ RF Deactivator One-Year Limited Warranty

VIRGINLAND supports its RF Antenna/ RF Deactivator products with a limited One-Year warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship.

VIRGINLAND CO., LTD. warrants that the RF Antenna/ RF Deactivator is free from defects in material and workmanship that result in Product failure during normal usage, according to the following terms and conditions:

1. The limited warranty for the Product extends for ONE year beginning from the date of the Bill of Loading is issued.

2. The limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the Product and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser/ end-user.

3.During the limited warranty period, VIRGINLAND CO., LTD. will repair or replace, at VIRGINLAND' s sole option, for any defective parts, or any parts that will not properly operate for their intended use. For any replacement, because of product malfunction or failure during normal usage, Customer is required to send back of the defective parts.

4.The customer shall bear the cost of shipping the defective parts to VIRGINLAND. VIRGINLAND shall bear the cost of shipping the replacement parts back to the customer.

5.The customer shall have no coverage or benefit under this limited warranty if any of the following conditions are applicable:
The Product has been subjected to abnormal use, abnormal conditions, and improper storage, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized connections, unauthorized repair, improper installation, or other acts which are not the fault of VIRGINLAND, including damage caused by shipping.
