Holiday Notice: Mid-Autumn Festival & National Day 2026

Dear Valued Customers and Partners,

Please be advised of TrustTag’s holiday arrangements for the 2026 Mid-Autumn Festival and China’s National Day. The China headquarters office and the Vietnam factory will observe different schedules, as set out below.

China Headquarters (Guangzhou office)

In line with the official 2026 public holiday calendar:

• Mid-Autumn Festival: closed 25–27 September 2026 (Friday–Sunday), 3 days.
• National Day: closed 1–7 October 2026 (Thursday–Wednesday), 7 days.

Regular office operations will resume on 28 September 2026 after the Mid-Autumn holiday, and on 8 October 2026 after National Day. Please note that 20 September 2026 (Sunday) and 10 October 2026 (Saturday) are scheduled working days in China.

Vietnam Factory (Hai Duong)

• Mid-Autumn Festival (Tết Trung Thu): closed 25 September 2026 only (1 day).
• The Vietnam factory will not observe China’s National Day holiday and will operate as usual from 1–7 October 2026.

During the respective closure periods, order processing, shipments, and office correspondence from the closed location may be delayed. We recommend placing time-sensitive orders in advance. For urgent matters, please contact us at sales@trusttag.com.
